Kayla Hess, PA-C

Kayla Hess is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University and also holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Food Science Nutrition with a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Kayla joins Intracoastal Dermatology bringing with her experience in medical and surgical dermatology settings. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin while empowering them through education on preventative skin care and overall wellness. Kayla enjoys building meaningful relationships with her patients and providing personalized, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Throughout her career, Kayla has developed experience in skin cancer detection, biopsies, lesion removals, cosmetic procedures, and patient education. She also has experience serving as an educational speaker and clinical educator within the dermatology field.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling, staying active, exploring local restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time outdoors.
